1. Membership Plans Overview
At Fit In 20 EMS, we offer a variety of subscription plans tailored to meet the unique fitness needs of our members. Each membership provides access to high-quality EMS (Electrical Muscle Stimulation) training sessions and state‑of‑the‑art equipment, ensuring a safe and effective workout experience. Below are the subscription options available:
FIT20 Starter
Includes: 2 EMS sessions per month.
FIT20 Consistent
Includes: 4 EMS sessions per month.
FIT20 Max Results
Best for those aiming for maximum fitness results through more frequent training sessions.
Includes: Up to 7 EMS sessions per month.
10 On‑Demand EMS Sessions
Includes: 10 EMS sessions to book at your convenience within one calendar year from the subscription date.
2. Studio Rules
You agree to follow our studio rules, which are posted in the studio and may be updated as needed. Failure to comply with these rules may result in suspension or termination of your membership without a refund.
Entry:
You must present your membership card or a valid photo ID upon entry. Members and guests must be 13 years or older. Those under 16 require a parent or guardian’s presence.
Conduct:
Be respectful of others. Loud, offensive, or harassing behaviour is not tolerated. Any threatening or violent conduct is strictly prohibited.
Attire:
Proper athletic attire is required.
Health Conditions:
Before each session, please assess your physical state. If you’re feeling unwell, we encourage you to reschedule your session to prioritise your health and safety. If you feel unwell or experience discomfort during the session, immediately stop the training and inform our trainers.
Equipment:
Equipment use is permitted only under the supervision of a qualified studio trainer.
Personal Belongings:
We recommend leaving valuables at home. Lockers are for day use only and are not supervised.
Privacy:
Recording or photographing other members without their consent is prohibited.
Prohibited Items:
Illegal drugs and alcohol are strictly prohibited within the studio premises.
Damage Liability:
Members are fully responsible for any damage caused by themselves or their guests.
3. Session Scheduling
- Sessions must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability.
- There must be a minimum of four days between sessions to allow for proper recovery.
- Unused sessions are non‑refundable.
- On‑Demand sessions allow for maximum flexibility, with no specific monthly requirement.
4. Membership Renewal and Cancellation
Renewal:
Your monthly memberships renew automatically on the same day each month as your original subscription date, unless cancelled at least 30 days before the next renewal date.
Cancellation:
A written cancellation request is required to cancel your Fit In 20 EMS membership. Please submit your request using one of the following methods:

Send an email to info@getfitin20.com using the email address associated with your Fit In 20 EMS account.
In Person:
Bring your written cancellation request to the studio.
Notice Period:
If you need to cancel with less than 30 days’ notice, be aware that you might be charged for one additional month.
On‑Demand Sessions:
Packages are non‑refundable and cannot be cancelled.
5. Membership Freezing
Members may request to freeze their membership temporarily, subject to management approval.
6. Payment
You authorize Fit In 20 EMS to charge your EFT or credit card for the following:
- Monthly membership dues.
- A return fee of up to $10 for any bounced or unpaid EFT/CC charges.
- Any additional fees for services or products you authorize at the time of purchase.
If your billing information changes, you agree to notify us immediately. We reserve the right to obtain updated account information from third‑party processors, such as your bank or credit card company, to ensure uninterrupted billing. To update your billing information or cancel your EFT/credit card authorization, you must provide written notice at least 30 days in advance.
Fit In 20 EMS may modify monthly membership costs and any associated fees with 60 days’ notice, which will be sent to the email address associated with your account. If you do not agree with the changes, you can cancel your monthly membership to avoid renewal within 20 days of receipt.
7. Physical Condition
You confirm that you are in good physical health and have no known health conditions or concerns that would prevent you from safely participating in EMS sessions. Training or use of facilities is forbidden if you have any health conditions listed in the attached document (Annex 1), unless you can provide a doctor’s note authoriing you to participate in EMS training. If you have any other underlying conditions, it is essential to consult with your doctor before participating in any training or using our facilities.
8. Assumption of Risk, Waiver of Liability, and Indemnity
You acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with EMS training and using Fit In 20 EMS facilities, equipment, and services. These risks include, but are not limited to:
- Injuries related to the use of EMS equipment.
- Exercise-related injuries, such as muscle strains, physical discomfort,
aggravation of pre-existing conditions or heart-related issues. - Accidents on the premises, including slips and falls.
- Severe injuries, including the possibility of paralysis or death.
You agree to take full responsibility for these risks and release Fit In 20 EMS, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any liability for injuries or damages that may occur—even if caused by negligence. You also agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Fit In 20 EMS from any costs or damages resulting from your or your guests’ actions while at the studio.
9. Agreement to Arbitrate
Any disputes between you and Fit In 20 EMS will be resolved through binding arbitration, except for small claims court cases. Arbitration will follow the rules of the American Arbitration Association and take place near your enrolled studio. You waive your right to participate in class actions or consolidated claims. If the arbitrator finds this arbitration agreement unenforceable, it will be null and void, and disputes may proceed in court.
10. Privacy
We are committed to protecting your personal information. Our privacy policy is available at www.getfitin20.com.
11. Severability
This agreement is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by law. If any portion of this agreement is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
12. Amendment
Fit In 20 EMS may update these terms and conditions at any time. We will email you regarding any changes to the email address associated with your Fit In 20 EMS account. Such modifications will become effective and binding as of the first day of the next calendar month following the month of notice.
